Dale Carrison, DO, FACEP, FACOEP
Medical Director
Dr. Carrison believes in proactive healthcare. To him, care is more than prescriptions and procedures. Connecting with patients and explaining things matters just as much.
- Licensed in Nevada as an osteopathic physician since 1991.
- Trained in emergency medicine at Cook County Hospital in Chicago.
- Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Emergency Physicians, which honored him in 2013.
- He went to medical school at 43.
How he works with patients
Dr. Carrison looks at each patient as an individual. He talks through what you expect, tells you realistically what the team thinks it can and cannot do, and if they are not comfortable doing a procedure for you, they tell you and they don't do it.

Physician Assistant
Las Vegas native and UNLV graduate, with a master's in physician assistant studies from the University of Nebraska.

Registered Nurse
Nurse with a background in adult and pediatric emergency care at Sunrise Hospital.
Mara Costa, RN, BSN, EMSRN
Registered Nurse
Nurse since 2006, who has worked in the trauma ICU at UMC and as a flight nurse.
Blake Youmans
Medical Manager
- Bachelor's degree in biology, College of Charleston, 2001.
- In Las Vegas since 2003, where he became a Nationally Registered Paramedic.
- More than 10 years managing medical practices.
